Robert Herrera’s practice focuses primarily on Worker’s Compensation. Mr. Herrera graduated from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Criminology. At Fresno State, Mr. Herrera was a Pomona Valley Baseball Scholar and Captain of Mock Trial. Mr. Herrera received his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, where he was President of Re-entry Society and a mentor for CLIMB. Mr. Herrera also attended the International and Comparative Law Seminar at the Guanghua College of Law, Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Herrera worked as a law clerk representing insurance companies and self-insured employers in Worker’s Compensation defense, subrogation, liens, third party over-suits, and various litigation involving employers. Mr. Herrera also clerked for the Fresno County Public Defender’s Office in the Misdemeanor Department, assisting attorneys in representing indigent defendants in Fresno Superior Court.
